**About the Role**
We're excited to announce an opportunity for an Experienced Sneaker Authenticator and Customer Support Specialist to join our team in the greater Berlin area. In this role, you will be responsible for staying up-to-date with the latest footwear trends, sneaker deliveries, and collaborations with all retailers, from streetwear to high-end fashion. You will ensure that every sneaker is verified, spot producer surrenders, evaluate wear, and investigate sku and size, guaranteeing that every buyer gets the best possible experience.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Assess preloved and new items from significant fashion brands to guarantee their authenticity
* Perform an examination to affirm the item's description and condition are consistent
* Report fake items with concise and explicit findings
* Remain knowledgeable on current brand trends and developments
* Be comfortable in a fast-paced office environment
* Achieve quality metrics and efficiency objectives daily
* Proactively communicate with managers about daily activities and obstacles
* Readiness to work in a warehouse environment
**Essential Qualifications**
* Experience in a related field is required
* You are a fashion expert and have a strong passion for sneakers
* Scientific and critical thinking abilities, capacity to research and address concerns
* Solid attention to detail and precision
* Adaptability to changing work processes and responsibilities
* Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
* Ability to work independently
* Ability to work on your feet for several hours and lift 15kg on a case-by-case basis
* Knowledge of standard operating systems, word processing, spreadsheets, Slack, and other relevant tools
