**About the Role**
As a Seasonal Remote Customer Service Agent, you will work from the comfort of your own home office, providing exceptional customer service, retention, and sales support to our valued customers. You will be part of a high-energy, fully remote Customer Contact Center with a dedicated inbound and outbound sales, customer service, retention, chat, and bilingual team. Our first-class training program will equip you with the skills and knowledge to succeed in this role, and our gamification methods will help you measure performance and increase engagement virtually.
**Responsibilities**
* Work remotely from your home office, equipped with the necessary computer and equipment provided by arenaflex
* Support our field's peak season, starting in February, with heavy call volume during this period
* Manage customer relationships to ensure best-in-class service
* Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling
* Assist customers by offering remedies to retain business
* Use gamification tools to measure performance and increase engagement virtually
* Collaborate with a talented team to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction

**Qualifications**
* High School/GED
* 1-2 years customer service experience within or outside a call center
* Completion of a Culture Index assessment
* Verification of internet speed
* Ability to pass a computer assessment
* Ability to pass a background and drug screen
* Appropriate workspace in your home, private/semiprivate home-office space free of distractions and background noise
* A workspace with adequate furnishings (e.g., a desk and chair) and lighting
* Minimum of 50 mbps download/20 mbps upload or higher, high-speed internet connection with the ability to hard wire directly to a modem
