**Job Summary**
As a Seasonal Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, retention, and sales support to our valued customers. You will work remotely from your home office, using our state-of-the-art technology and equipment to ensure seamless communication and efficient service delivery. With our comprehensive training program, you will gain the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in this role and advance your career.
**Responsibilities**
* Work remotely from your home office, using arenaflex-provided equipment and technology
* Support our field offices and customers during peak season, which starts building around February
* Manage customer relationships to ensure best-in-class service, identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling, and assist customers with remedies to retain business
* Utilize gamification tools to measure performance and increase engagement virtually
* Work a variety of schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to ensure consistent support for our customers
* Participate in our four-week quality training program, which will equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in this role

**Qualifications**
* High School/GED
* 1-2 years of customer service experience within or outside a call center
* Completion of a Culture Index assessment
* Verification of internet speed (minimum 50 mbps download/20 mbps upload or higher)
* Ability to pass a computer assessment and background and drug screen
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Strong computer skills in various software and web-based applications
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Comfortable working in a high-volume role
* Excellent customer service soft skills, such as empathy
* Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
