**Responsibilities:**
As a Seasonal Chat & Phone Tech Support/Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for:

**Qualifications:**

* A standalone monitor (19 inches)
* A hardwired internet connection (no satellite or wireless)
* A required internet speed of 5.0 Mbps Down/ 5.0 Mbps Up
* A working phone line (home phone or mobile)
* A home office that is a noise/distraction-free environment
* A desk and an ergonomic chair
