**Job Responsibilities and Essential Functions**
As a Scheduling and Customer Services Agent, you'll play a critical role in providing top-notch customer service and support to our clients. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Making a great first impression on the phone and in person, setting the tone for a positive customer experience
* Fostering a personalized and helpful experience for clients, building trust and confidence in our business
* Quickly determining the nature of objections and responding appropriately using active listening skills
* Being proactive and committed to taking action to resolve customer needs
* Understanding the importance of attention to detail and applying it to every interaction
* Improving skills through practice and applying new knowledge or skills quickly
* Solving problems and taking advantage of opportunities without being asked
* Enjoying working in a technical workplace and staying up-to-date with the latest tools and technologies

**Required Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A minimum of 4 years of Sales or Customer Service experience
* Results-driven and committed to meeting individual and team goals
* Strong PC and problem-solving skills
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Office experience in the following industries is a plus: Home Inspection, Carpet Cleaning, Maid Service, Handyman
**Preferred Qualifications**
