As a Retail Customer Service Associate II - Returns & Exchanges, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of customers, solve complex problems, and build lasting relationships. You'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business results. **What you'll be doing day to day** As a Retail Customer Service Associate II - Returns & Exchanges, your primary responsibilities will include: * Creating a positive customer experience by ensuring accurate transactions and/or orders, and recording information accurately to inform future improvements to the customer shopping experience. * Meeting customers' needs, solving problems independently, and recognizing when to escalate to a manager to ensure seamless customer service. * Building loyalty by ensuring a positive customer journey during the arenaflex shopping experience, and fostering emotional connections through meaningful and empathetic interactions. * Providing customers with a simple and efficient handout experience when scheduled in Full Serve Hand Out (FSHO), and offering and selling services to customers during the handover process when needed. * Providing customers with a simple and smooth returns and exchange experience, while collecting high-quality data for follow-up when scheduled in returns. **Essential Qualifications** * 2-3 years of retail customer service and/or experience preferred * High School Diploma or equivalent **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a fast-paced retail environment * Strong communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system **Skills and Competencies Required for Success** * Excellent customer service skills * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations * Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
