Your key responsibilities will include: * Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner * Utilizing consultative skills to anticipate customer needs, suggest alternatives, and provide solutions to meet customer needs * Demonstrating expertise in printing, signs and graphics, and shipping product lines, and recommending appropriate arenaflex products and services * Taking complex customer orders using order systems and providing accurate pricing information * Assembling parcels and preparing goods for shipping, setting up and operating printing, binding, and other related equipment * Maintaining a safe, clean, and orderly retail store environment, adhering to all arenaflex standards and policies * Processing financial transactions using a Point of Sale terminal (POS), handling cash, and making change * Staying current on retail store merchandising materials and ensuring proper display of all retail area product and signage * Taking preemptive action to prevent errors and waste, and completing required financial paperwork and financial reporting **Essential Qualifications and Requirements:** * High school diploma or equivalent education * 6+ months of specialized experience in a retail or customer service environment * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Ability to stand during entire shift, excluding meal and rest periods * Ability to move and lift 55 pounds * Ability to bend/twist at the waist and knees, and communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and other team members * Ability to perform work activities requiring cooperation and instruction, function in a fast-paced environment, and maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time * Ability to work with minimal supervision, report regularly to work, and maintain established business hours **Preferred Qualifications:** * Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment * Knowledge of printing, signs and graphics, and shipping product lines * Experience with Point of Sale terminals (POS) and order systems * Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills * Ability to work in a team environment and provide support to colleagues as needed **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** As a Retail Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a dynamic and customer-centric environment.
