**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Retail Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, providing expert advice on our products and services, and driving business growth through effective sales and customer engagement strategies. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
* Utilizing consultative skills to anticipate customer needs, suggest alternatives, and provide solutions to meet customer needs
* Demonstrating expertise in printing, signs and graphics, and shipping product lines, and recommending appropriate arenaflex products and services
* Taking complex customer orders using order systems and providing accurate pricing information
* Assembling parcels and preparing goods for shipping, setting up and operating printing, binding, and other related equipment
* Maintaining a safe, clean, and orderly retail store environment, adhering to all arenaflex standards and policies
* Processing financial transactions using a Point of Sale terminal (POS), handling cash, and making change
* Staying current on retail store merchandising materials and ensuring proper display of all retail area product and signage
* Taking preemptive action to prevent errors and waste, and completing required financial paperwork and financial reporting
**Essential Qualifications and Requirements:**
* High school diploma or equivalent education
* 6+ months of specialized experience in a retail or customer service environment
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to stand during entire shift, excluding meal and rest periods
* Ability to move and lift 55 pounds
* Ability to bend/twist at the waist and knees, and communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and other team members
* Ability to perform work activities requiring cooperation and instruction, function in a fast-paced environment, and maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time
* Ability to work with minimal supervision, report regularly to work, and maintain established business hours
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment
* Knowledge of printing, signs and graphics, and shipping product lines
* Experience with Point of Sale terminals (POS) and order systems
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
* Ability to work in a team environment and provide support to colleagues as needed
