Our team of dedicated professionals is passionate about making a difference in people's lives, and we are seeking like-minded individuals to join our ranks. **Job Summary** As a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for managing a steady volume of incoming calls regarding benefits from members, providers, and employer groups. You will explain and clarify plans' policies and procedures, actively attempt to resolve member or provider concerns, and maintain current knowledge of Member Services policies and procedures.
