**Job Responsibilities**
As a Remote Customer Service/Sales Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Reaching out to individuals who have requested more information on our supplemental benefits
* Scheduling Zoom meetings with these members to discuss their needs and preferences
* Customizing new benefit plans and adjusting existing plans to fit the current needs of each client
* Establishing and maintaining relationships with existing and new clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
* Performing benefit reviews for existing clients, as well as helping with any necessary claims or adjustments
* Providing attentive customer service and administrative support in response to members' needs
* Responding to and resolving client questions and concerns regarding their benefits
* Ensuring that all documentation is accurate and complete, and performing any necessary updates on schedule
**Key Skills and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
