As a remote customer service agent, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering exceptional service and making a real difference in people's lives. **Key Responsibilities** As a remote customer service agent, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients across the US. Your key responsibilities will include: * Processing payments and following up with clients for overdue payments * Sending necessary documents to customers and uploading them to Necho upon customer completion * Updating odometer readings and following up on drive safe and save setups * Maintaining meticulous notes in the system * Updating financial cards * Collecting information like drivers licenses for MVR No hit's etc. in underwriting - folders and sending it to your agent * Upselling from BOD Service tasks * Putting in a Policy Transaction (PT) for the information collected in underwriting folders * Answering phone calls during allocated times **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements: * You must have valid work authorization * You must be able to work Monday to Friday * You must have prior or current arenaflex experience * You must have prior service experience * You must be willing to get an Insurance Producer's license in the State that their Agent/s are located **The Kind of Person We're Looking For** We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service.
