**Responsibilities**
As a Remote Customer Lending Representative - Sales, you will be responsible for:
* Handling 200-300 calls per day on an outbound dialer, providing exceptional customer service and building rapport with prospective customers
* Verifying information submitted by the consumer through an online inquiry
* Identifying customer's goals and objectives
* Sending quality lead transfers to our Loan Officers who are licensed and able to continue the conversation
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
* Staying up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements to provide accurate information to customers
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* 2+ years of Customer Service and/or Sales experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results
* 2+ years of outbound Call Center Experience, with a strong understanding of high-volume phone calls and various rebuttals
* Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with customers
* Proficient Computer and Data Entry Skills, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and software
* High School Degree or equivalent, with a Bachelor's degree preferred
* Bilingual skills a plus, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds

**Compensation and Benefits**
* Base hourly rate: $17/hour
