As a Ramp Agent, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of cargo and baggage. **Key Responsibilities** As a Ramp Agent (Customer Service Representative), your primary responsibilities will include: * Safely lifting, loading, unloading, and transporting baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft, ensuring timely connections by guiding incoming and departing aircraft from the gate positions. * Safeguarding cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather conditions. * Safely driving and operating ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in areas of congestion. * Operating baggage scanners and computers to ensure baggage is routed accurately to the customers' destination. * Maintaining a high level of safety awareness and adhering to all operational processes and procedures. **Work Environment and Schedule** As a Ramp Agent, you'll work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction. Your schedule will be based on operational needs, with shifts ranging from early morning to overnight.
