As a Quality Control Standards Data Analyst, you will be responsible for utilizing data to create, present, and make proposals for new ideas and projects, as well as performing basic analysis to reduce the risk of resistance through process enhancements. These enhancements will support our organization's objectives, including keeping costs low, modernizing operations, and improving compliance, thereby giving us a competitive edge. **Key Responsibilities** As a Quality Control Standards Data Analyst, your key responsibilities will include: * Performing and assisting others in the Quality Control group in convenient data collection, approval, and initial driver analysis on data components. * Helping to create and disseminate results from complex data and analysis for both technical and non-technical clients and leaders. * Assisting in exploring special requests arising from emerging maintenance issues and providing insightful answers to enable Senior Initiatives to make business decisions while adjusting existing task responsibility. * Presenting findings, patterns, and potential suggestions by utilizing data visualization tools supporting the applicable areas of the analysis to ease partner understanding. * Helping to create and disseminate specific questions to pull and organize data from different sources, laying out the rhythm, and approving the need of the data requirements. * Recognizing irregularities in processes through reviews/surveys and communicating findings to the team. * Assessing the effectiveness of processes and strategies by observing for patterns and errors. * Ensuring that a compliance mindset is at the forefront of every decision. * May perform other work duties as directed by Group Leader. **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need: * A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. * A strong and diverse skillset in relevant areas to drive success. * The ability to gather, coordinate, and analyze large amounts of data with care and precision. * The ability to effectively listen, understand, and communicate ideas and present them in writing, verbally, or through presentations to groups of varying sizes. * The ability to evaluate business issues, recognize opportunities for data needs, and interpret resulting metrics. * A working knowledge of Microsoft Office. * Familiarity with data visualization tools and skills, such as Tableau, Alteryx, and QuickBase, is preferred. * The ability to identify the problem, summarize, and perform initial driver analysis on data, and provide recommendations using logic and reasoning. * The ability to work successfully in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. * The ability to focus on tasks and be an independent thinker. **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: * Past internship, capstone project, and research coursework experience. * The ability to use PowerPoint to build presentations for verbal communications. * Past work experience in a related field. * The ability to manage sensitive and confidential information appropriately. * The ability to plan and support large business initiatives. **Work Environment and Culture** As a remote employee, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.
