We believe in the importance of work-life balance and offer a range of benefits and perks to support our team members' well-being. **Responsibilities:** As a Property and Casualty Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to existing customers through inbound communication channels, including phone, email, chat, social media, and more. Your primary focus will be on resolving customer inquiries, providing policy information, and recommending solutions that meet their needs. Some of your key responsibilities will include: * Fielding inbound communication from customers regarding their insurance needs * Utilizing knowledge of personal lines insurance to help customers with quotes, new business, rating, policy, billing, payment, underwriting, contract, and coverage provisions * Conducting research to provide customers with accurate and timely information * Corresponding with customers, clients, insurance carriers, and internal sources to provide coverage information and policy recommendations * Executing various client service transactions, including policy endorsements, certificates, binders, cancellations, or other tasks * Adhering to performance metrics and quality standards * Providing expert recommendations to customers to meet their insurance needs **Qualifications:** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications: * Active Resident Property and Casualty or Personal Lines License * Minimum 1 year of customer service experience required * 1 year of call center experience is required * High School diploma or GED required * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Professional, articulate voice and listening skills * Ability to maintain member privacy * Internet and research skills: ability to research and quickly become an expert in a variety of subjects * Computer savvy and able to resolve minor technical issues with minimal assistance * Typing 25 words per minute with 90% accuracy * Ability to critically think through situations and solutions * Enjoy working in a fast-paced, and at times, hectic environment while maintaining a professional attitude * Self-motivated and able to work independently and adhere to assigned schedule with minimal assistance * At ease with multi-tasking in several computer applications at once while holding a conversation with a customer **Benefits and Perks:** As an arenaflex team member, you can expect to enjoy a range of benefits and perks, including: * Competitive wages * Paid time off * Medical, dental benefits, vision, and life & accident insurance for full-time employees * FREE access to personal and professional support through the arenaflex Care Coaches' program * Further your education and earn a college degree through our arenaflex University scholarship program * We lead by example to ensure our amazing team members and supervisors embrace and live the arenaflex Mission & Values * arenaflex is dedicated to ensuring all team members have Fun@Work! **Equal Opportunity Statement:** arenaflex is an equal opportunity employer.
