**Key Responsibilities**
As a Principal Business Lead, you'll be responsible for:
• **Driving Transformational Initiatives**: Shape the future of customer support for arenaflex's most innovative products, driving transformational change across technical and product domains.
• **Leading Critical Strategy Documents**: Coordinate the development and implementation of critical strategy documents, such as Operating Plan 1 (OP1), Strategic Planning Summit (SPS), and Think Big sessions.
• **Architecting Strategies**: Develop and implement strategies that enhance the experience of millions of customers worldwide, leveraging data and metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• **Partnering with Senior Leadership**: Collaborate with senior leadership to pioneer new approaches to customer service excellence, driving organizational transformation and innovation.
• **Leading Breakthrough Programs**: Develop and execute breakthrough programs that bridge technology, operations, and customer needs, driving meaningful change and impact.
• **Championing the Voice of the Customer**: Ensure that the voice of the customer is represented in every strategic decision, driving customer-centricity and excellence in business operations.
• **Coordinating Deliverables**: Oversee the development and implementation of critical deliverables for arenaflex Customer Service, Device, Prime Video, Music, and Games.

**Compensation**
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $145,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $240,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
