**The Role**
As an Experienced P&C Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in maintaining the highest level of retention and customer satisfaction for our book of business. You'll be responsible for:
* Intake and triage of existing client inquiries via phone, email, and SMS
* Driving complete, efficient, and professional resolutions for each client inquiry
* Expertly utilizing our internal and external platforms, including our CRM and multiple carrier portal systems (Progressive, Allstate, Travelers, Safeco, etc.)
* Identifying and converting cross-sell opportunities
* Identifying and following up on key retention opportunities
* Assisting in the development of processes and playbooks for the CSR team
* Working with our internal product and operations teams to improve our proprietary systems and processes for a best-in-class onboarding and customer experience
* Tracking and optimizing on key service metrics, such as first response time, resolution time, CSAT, retention, and escalations
**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* An active P&C insurance license
* Multiple years of experience servicing personal lines auto and home
* Multiple years of experience handling customer service calls or experience in a call center
* Experience cross-selling policies
* Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
* Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and creating long-lasting relationships
* Technology-forward: tech company experience preferred
* Call center or remote experience a bonus
* Bonus for Bilingual: communicate fluently with our Spanish-speaking customers
