**Job Summary**
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to provide exceptional support to our customers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, reproducing bugs, and reporting on feedback and usability problems. This is a part-time remote position, ideal for someone who wants a flexible schedule and is passionate about helping others.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to customer emails and phone calls in a timely and professional manner
* Reproduce bugs and write up problems for the development team to resolve
* Report on feedback and usability problems to improve our product and services
