As a valued member of our team, you'll have the chance to make a meaningful impact, develop new skills, and advance your career in a supportive and dynamic environment. **Job Summary** As a Part-Time Remote Customer Retention Specialist, you'll be responsible for engaging with policyholders who may be considering canceling their life insurance policies, explaining the benefits of maintaining their coverage, and providing personalized service to ensure customer satisfaction. You'll work directly with our top client, leveraging your exceptional communication skills, product knowledge, and problem-solving abilities to drive business growth and retention. **Responsibilities** * Engage in high-volume phone contact with policyholders requesting cancellations, reselling the benefits of life insurance, and highlighting its importance. * Handle cancellation requests and provide thorough, personalized service to ensure customer satisfaction. * Maintain high standards for call volume, handling time, and overall time management. * Ensure customer satisfaction in every interaction, whether via phone, email, or written correspondence. * Collaborate with our team to develop and implement effective retention strategies and best practices. * Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and regulatory requirements to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries. **What We're Looking For** * 1+ years of experience in a high-volume contact center environment, a receptionist role, or any role that involved frequent phone interaction (strict requirement). * Must be 18 years of age or older. * High School Diploma or equivalent. * Remote work experience is strongly preferred, though not required. * Reliable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload with a hard-wired connection). * Smartphone access for VPN use. * Upselling or retention experience is a preferred. * Quiet and professional workspace. * Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic keyboard functions. * Excellent oral and written communication skills. * Ability to multi-task and work under pressure. * Strong organization and time management skills. * Must be detail-oriented and customer-focused. **Perks** * Competitive hourly rate: $16.35 per hour (+$1.00 if bilingual in Spanish and able to pass bilingual assessment). * Eligible for bonus pay based on performance. * Schedule: + Part-time evening shift: Monday - Friday 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM CST, Saturday 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM CST. + Work from Home: Equipment provided. + Training: 4 weeks of paid training (Monday - Friday, 5:00 PM CST - 9:00 PM CST). * On-the-job training * Paid time off * Work from home **Benefits** * On-the-job training * Paid time off * Work from home * Competitive hourly rate * Eligible for bonus pay based on performance * Schedule flexibility * Opportunity for career growth and development **Application Requirements** * Acknowledge that this is a permanent part-time evening position, Monday - Friday from the hours of 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM CST and Saturday 8:00 AM CST - 12:00 PM CST. * What's a good email to reach you at? **Education** * High school or equivalent (Required) **Experience** * Customer retention: 1 year (Preferred) * Upselling: 1 year (Preferred) **Language** * Spanish (Preferred) **Shift Availability** * Night Shift (Required) **Work Location** * Remote **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for customer service, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
