With a strong focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion, we strive to create a workplace culture that values and celebrates individual differences. **Key Responsibilities** As a Part-Time Pharmacy Technician and Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Performing duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager, including but not limited to: + Answering phones and responding to orders, re-orders, and general customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. + Handling and resolving client complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner. + Triage incoming faxes by facility/department and in accordance with cutoff times. + Clarifying orders as needed to ensure accuracy and completeness. * Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. * Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, including but not limited to: + Client information and order history. + Medication lists and inventory management. + Compliance and regulatory documentation. **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need: * Active NJ Board of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Technician License. * Previous experience in pharmacy, with a strong preference for Long-Term Care (LTC) pharmacy experience. * In-depth knowledge of brand name and generic medications, including but not limited to: + Medication names, dosages, and indications. + Side effects, interactions, and contraindications. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. * Moderate to advanced computer skills, including but not limited to: + Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). + Pharmacy management software (e.g. Frameworks, ECM). * Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and management. * High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong preference for a degree in a related field (e.g. pharmacy, healthcare administration). **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with Frameworks or ECM pharmacy management software. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication. **What We Offer** As a valued member of the arenaflex team, you can expect: * A competitive salary and benefit package, including but not limited to: + Medical, dental, and vision insurance. + 401(k) retirement plan with company match. + Paid time off and holidays. * Opportunities for career growth and professional development, including but not limited to: + Training and education programs. + Mentorship and coaching. + Career advancement opportunities. * A dynamic and supportive work environment, with a strong focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion. * The chance to make a positive impact in the lives of our clients and patients. **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and customer-focused Pharmacy Technician with a passion for delivering exceptional service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
