You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design, test, and execute new initiatives, and collaborate with our global partners to drive cross-provincial innovation and process normalization. If you're a strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and a talent for leading high-performing teams, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities** * Design, develop, and implement global frameworks, processes, and systems that drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance operational efficiency * Lead the development and implementation of new initiatives, including process improvements, system enhancements, and technology upgrades * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions that meet business needs * Work with our global partners to drive cross-provincial innovation and process normalization * Develop and implement metrics to measure the effectiveness of new initiatives and processes * Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop recommendations for process enhancements * Lead the development and implementation of training programs to ensure that employees have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles * Collaborate with our Quality, Safety, and Security teams to ensure that our processes and systems meet or exceed regulatory requirements * Perform other duties as assigned by management **Essential Qualifications** * Four-year degree in a related field (e.g. business, operations management, logistics) * Proven experience in operations management, with a focus on process improvement and innovation * Strong understanding of logistics and transportation operations, including cargo management and supply chain management * Experience with process improvement methodologies, such as Six Sigma, Lean, or ASQ * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop recommendations for process enhancements * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and global partners * Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in a related field (e.g. business, operations management, logistics) * Certification in a related field, such as Six Sigma, Lean, or ASQ * Experience with cargo management and supply chain management software, such as CargoWise * Experience with process improvement methodologies, such as Lithe or PMP * Strong understanding of change management and project management principles * Experience with training and development programs, with a focus on employee development and engagement **Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop recommendations for process enhancements * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and global partners * Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams * Strong understanding of logistics and transportation operations, including cargo management and supply chain management * Experience with process improvement methodologies, such as Six Sigma, Lean, or ASQ * Strong understanding of change management and project management principles * Experience with training and development programs, with a focus on employee development and engagement **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
