**The Role**
As an Online Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in providing top-notch customer support to our clients and their customers. You'll be responsible for interacting with visitors on our clients' websites via our state-of-the-art online chat software, answering their questions, and resolving any issues they may have. **Key Responsibilities:**
* Interact daily with visitors on our clients' websites via online chat software, providing exceptional customer support in real-time
* Handle multiple incoming requests for information, staying calm under pressure and maintaining a positive attitude
* Answer incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns
* Evaluate customer interactions and elevate issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary
* Create relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs
* Work collaboratively with the Online Chat Manager to ensure seamless customer support
**Requirements:**
* Access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and a reliable internet connection
* Basic English writing skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
