**Job Summary**
As an On-Site Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients' customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Assisting customers with issues and concerns they're experiencing during the use of the product and/or service
* Documenting call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
* Maintaining and updating customer information as necessary
* Upselling current customers on new or enhanced services

**Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Customer service experience preferred
* Strong computer navigational skills, including Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Exceptional listening and comprehension skills
* Professional and courteous demeanor
* Customer-oriented mindset
**Work Environment**
* Regular work performed in a climate-controlled, call-center environment
