**Job Summary**
As a Manager Operations Process - Customer Experience, you'll be responsible for managing store operations processes for specific areas of responsibility and driving process improvements that support the needs of our stores and field teams. You'll work closely with our Operations Strategy Team and other stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop effective solutions. **Key Responsibilities**
* Analyze complex problems and communicate effective solutions to the team and the field
* Develop and implement process improvements that drive value to our stores' bottom line
* Manage day-to-day processes related to your area of responsibility and create project work plans
* Identify and resolve issues and roadblocks that arise in your area of responsibility
* Respond proactively to unanticipated store needs and manage action steps necessary for successful execution
* Communicate effectively with the field and stores, building strong partnerships and relationships
* Prepare and deliver high-level insights and recommendations based on industry and business analysis
* Provide guidance and training specific to your area of expertise and collaborate with findings from data to make recommendations
* Maintain a knowledge base regarding specific operations and processes within store operations
* Lead and develop a team of Business Analysts, including selection, terminations, performance appraisal, and professional development
**Direct Manager/Direct Reports**
* Direct and indirect reports typically include 2-5 Business Analysts
* Requires frequent persuasion or influencing of others and assigns and reviews work of others
* Procedures for analyzing situations and making conclusions are diverse, and you'll consider multiple options when solving problems
* Once given general assignments, you'll determine priorities and define what should be done and how to do it
**Travel Requirements**
* Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time
**Physical Requirements**
* Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position, with frequent opportunities to move about
* On rare occasions, there may be a need to move or lift light articles
**Working Conditions**
* Located in a comfortable indoor area, with occasional exposure to unpleasant conditions
* Under constant pressure to meet tight deadlines, demanding quotas, and deal with difficult situations
**Minimum Qualifications**
* Must be eighteen years of age or older
* Must be legally permitted to work in the United States

* 3 years of retail experience or process management in a related area

* The knowledge, skills, and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job
