**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Manager, Analytics to join our team on a part-time basis (8 hours per week). As a key member of our analytics team, you will be responsible for supporting our paid media examination capability, working closely with our marketing teams to identify opportunities for improvement, and developing and implementing data-driven insights to drive business growth. **Key Responsibilities**
As a part-time Manager, Analytics, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:
* Supporting our paid media examination capability to surface data-driven insights for the Chief Initiative group, focusing on the advancement of our paid media spend globally
* Working with marketing teams to identify opportunities for improving the efficiency of our paid media spend and developing and implementing data-driven insights to drive business growth
* Developing and maintaining dashboards, scorecards, and other data visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive business results
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven strategies to drive business growth
* Analyzing complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
* Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that data-driven insights are integrated into business decisions
* Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and applying this knowledge to drive business growth
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or economics
* 2+ years of experience in a data analytics role, with a focus on paid media examination and insights
