**Job Responsibilities:**
As a Live Sales Chat Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing high-level customer service excellence through our digital platforms. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Utilizing product features, benefits, and applications to qualify leads and initiate the sales process
* Responding to and processing all incoming web chat and email inquiries from customers
* Providing exceptional customer service through our digital platforms
* Triage web-based sales leads and direct customers to appropriate selling resources
* Logging opportunities in Salesforce.com for tracking and follow-up
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's Degree in a Life Sciences field or related lab experience
* Minimum of 0-1 years of related work experience in customer service or telephone support
* Proficiency with computer applications, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
* General knowledge of assigned product portfolio and/or customer segment
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively in English
