Also hiring for weekend on call... We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as In Home Caregivers. As a caregiver, you will provide essential assistance and support to individuals in their homes, ensuring their well-being and comfort. Duties - Provide personal care services such as bathing, grooming, and dressing - Assist with mobility and transfers - Perform light housekeeping tasks - Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary - Engage clients in activities to promote socialization and mental alertness - Monitor and report changes in clients' health or behavior - Follow care plans and maintain documentation of services provided Qualifications - Experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred (3 YEARS, 1 YEAR IF CNA CERT.) - Knowledge of home health practices and techniques - Ability to work with individuals requiring special care. - Strong observation skills to assess clients' needs and conditions - Capability to perform heavy lifting when necessary - Proficiency in meal preparation and cooking - Familiarity with IN HOME environments is required for this role.
