We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as In Home Caregivers. As a caregiver, you will provide essential assistance and support to individuals in their homes, ensuring their well-being and comfort.
Duties
– Provide personal care services such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
– Assist with mobility and transfers
– Perform light housekeeping tasks
– Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary
– Engage clients in activities to promote socialization and mental alertness
– Monitor and report changes in clients’ health or behavior
– Follow care plans and maintain documentation of services provided
Qualifications
– Experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred (3 YEARS, 1 YEAR IF CNA CERT.)
– Knowledge of home health practices and techniques
– Ability to work with individuals requiring special care.
– Strong observation skills to assess clients’ needs and conditions
– Capability to perform heavy lifting when necessary
– Proficiency in meal preparation and cooking
– Familiarity with IN HOME environments is required for this role.
