**About the Role**
As a full stack product manager on our Customer Service Innovation team, you'll be responsible for leading the development and implementation of new features and enhancements to our contact center platform. You'll work closely with our design, engineering, and data science teams, as well as external vendors and partners, to deliver a world-class customer experience. Your primary focus will be on driving innovation and growth in our customer service business, while also ensuring that our platform is scalable, reliable, and secure.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Develop and execute product roadmaps that align with business objectives and customer needs
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new features and enhancements
* Work with external vendors and partners to integrate their solutions with our platform
* Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and inform product decisions
* Develop and maintain product requirements documents (PRDs) and user stories
* Conduct product demos and presentations to stakeholders and customers
* Collaborate with our data science team to develop and implement data-driven solutions
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform product decisions
**Essential Qualifications**
* 4+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on customer-facing products
* Proven track record of delivering successful products that have improved customer experiences
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
* Experience working with cloud-based contact center platforms, such as CCaaS, CPaaS, and UCaaS
* Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software
* Strong understanding of customer service principles and best practices
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders and priorities
* Familiarity with agile development methodologies and Scrum frameworks
* Experience working with external vendors and partners to integrate their solutions with our platform
* Strong knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
* Experience working with cloud-based data storage solutions, such as AWS or Azure
