**Why You'll Love This Role**
This position is an integral part of the Data Innovation Group within the Data Innovation Division at arenaflex. As a Full Stack IT Infrastructure Engineer, you'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining both traditional and cloud-based infrastructure solutions based on plans from foundation modelers. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of arenaflex's data centers and cloud infrastructure.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide in-depth understanding of concepts related to server load balancing, WAS clustering, and other application scaling concepts.
* Investigate and resolve middleware issues across development, testing, and production environments.
* Proactively monitor local and remote data center operations and hardware, including UPSs, air conditioning, power, office security systems, and all datacenter cycles and processes.
* Foster a culture of sharing and collaboration among the team.
* Stay current with infrastructure technology best practices and emerging trends, to maintain area expertise and suggest improvements or changes.
* Uphold communication and response process by answering clients on infrastructure issues, support, and infrastructure status, and advising and escalating on any prolonged or significant issues.
* Manage and maintain Windows Dynamic Registry, including DNS and Group Strategies.
* Provide guidance to junior experts and assist when and where necessary.
* Ventures, as required.
* Compulsory rotational schedule for available to work off-hours support.
**All You'll Need for Success**
* Least Capabilities:
+ Training and Earlier Professional training
+ Four-year degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Systems (CIS/MIS), or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training
+ 3 years of experience as an organization or foundation designer or manager
* Favored Capabilities:
+ Training and Earlier Professional training
+ Graduate degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Systems (CIS/MIS), or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training
+ 3+ years of experience as an organization or foundation specialist or manager
**Abilities, Licenses, and Accreditations**
* High-level ability to design decisively for current and future business conditions, including future technology and business design changes to make adaptable, flexible solutions.
* In-depth knowledge of IT business activities, systems requirements, and processes.
* Demonstrated expertise in the following:
+ Server Organization - Linux (RHEL/CentOS 7/8 and Windows (2012/2016)
+ Infrastructure as Code - Terraform, Python, Bash, and PowerShell
+ Cloud Innovations - Plan, development, and deployment of cloud-native applications (Microsoft Azure, AWS, IBM Cloud)
+ DevOps - CI/CD, GitHub, Artifactory, or Jenkins
+ Containerization - Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud Foundry
+ Server and Application Monitoring - Dynatrace, LogDNA, and SysDig
* Ability to investigate complex issues and implement solutions or workarounds.
* Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with a keen desire to learn and grow depth of knowledge.
* Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment and influence best practices.
* Exhibited drive, adaptability, and ability to adjust to changing needs and work environments.
* Capability in Coordinated project management technique, specifically within infrastructure area
