**Job Summary**
The Experienced Full Stack Information Security Manager will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of arenaflex's information security risk management program, ensuring the company's compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. This role requires a strong understanding of information security, risk management, and compliance, as well as excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Lead the development and implementation of arenaflex's information security risk management program, including the identification, assessment, and mitigation of risks
* Perform data-driven audits and analysis of information security processes, network security controls, and business continuity management practices
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address information security risks, including the development of risk mitigation strategies and implementation plans
* Develop and maintain information-driven key risk indicators (KRIs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide real-time insights into information security risks and performance
* Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in information security, including cloud security, digital intelligence, and digital incident response
* Collaborate with the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and other stakeholders to develop and implement information security policies, procedures, and standards
* Provide training and awareness programs to arenaflex employees on information security best practices and compliance requirements
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
* 5+ years of experience in risk management, information security, or a related field
* Proven ability to identify risks, analyze issues, and determine significant insights about risk patterns through data analysis and stakeholder engagement
* Strong knowledge of frameworks, cloud security, digital intelligence, and digital incident response
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
* Ability to work with minimal supervision and lead cross-functional teams
* Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards, including COSO, COBIT, ISO 27001, FAIR, and NIST RMF
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
* Industry certifications, such as CISM, CISA, CRISC, or CISSP
* Cloud security certifications, such as CCSK, CompTIA Cloud +, CCSP, or Purple Security
* Experience with risk management frameworks, such as COSO, COBIT, or ISO 27001
* Familiarity with administration, risk, and compliance tools, such as Bowman
