Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Scientist to join our Retail Strategic Health Analytics team at arenaflex. As a key member of our analytics team, you'll collaborate with business partners to develop and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and improve customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with business partners to design and implement data analytics strategies that address business priorities, leveraging predictive modeling, statistical analysis, and metric evaluation
* Own and manage analytics workstreams, leading a team of analysts and data scientists to develop and deliver high-quality analytical products
* Develop and apply robust algorithms and predictive models to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
* Perform advanced statistical analysis and mathematical modeling to resolve complex business problems and identify opportunities for growth
* Develop and deliver presentations and consultations to communicate analytics findings and recommendations to business stakeholders
* Utilize programming skills to explore, analyze, and interpret large datasets in various formats
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying new skills and knowledge to drive innovation and improvement
Required Qualifications
* 3+ years of experience in analytics, with a strong background in data science, statistics, or a related field
* Proficiency in programming languages such as R or Python, with experience in SQL and data visualization tools
* Strong understanding of advanced analytics techniques, including machine learning, statistical modeling, and data mining
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders
* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Physics, Engineering, or a related field; Master's or PhD preferred
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working with large datasets and advanced analytics tools, such as Hadoop, Spark, or NoSQL databases
* Strong knowledge of data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
* Experience with cloud-based platforms, such as AWS or Azure
* Certification in data science, machine learning, or a related field
* Strong understanding of business operations and market trends in the healthcare industry
