**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Full Stack Data Scientist, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of AI models that drive business decisions in the retail industry. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, design and develop AI models, and deploy them in production environments. Your expertise in machine learning, artificial intelligence, and statistical modeling will be critical in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Lead the development and implementation of AI models that drive business decisions in the retail industry
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and design AI models
* Develop and deploy AI models in production environments using Python, SQL, R, SAS, and other relevant tools
* Work with Hive or Hadoop, AI, message mining, and Flash to productionize, review, and monitor AI models
* Conduct data analysis and statistical modeling to identify business opportunities and drive growth
* Develop and maintain data pipelines to ensure data quality and integrity
* Collaborate with the design team to resolve issues in the production pipeline
* Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and senior leadership
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in AI and machine learning
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, or a closely related quantitative field
* At least 7 years of experience as a data or AI researcher (any title) with participation in advanced AI exercises (regression, clustering, and forecasting)
* Experience in leading the development and execution of scientific and data science modeling arrangements using methods including data mining, AI, or text mining
* Strong understanding of numerical ideas, calculations, and computational complexity
* Experience in collaborating with colleagues to bring business value to the organization
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Experience in using Python, SQL, R, SAS, risk analysis, and data control
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Doctorate (PhD) certification in Math, Statistics, or a closely related quantitative field
* At least 4 years of experience as a data or AI researcher (any title) with participation in advanced AI exercises (regression, clustering, and forecasting)
* Experience in working with Hive or Hadoop, AI, message mining, and Flash
