**Job Responsibilities**
As a Senior Data Scientist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Building and deploying predictive models using advanced data science, machine learning, and statistical techniques
* Developing and implementing data-driven solutions to drive business growth and innovation
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including finance, research, software development, and business leaders, to define product requirements and provide analytical support
* Communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, including business clients and management teams
* Working with large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
* Developing and maintaining advanced data pipelines, including data retrieval, complexity analysis, and medical computing
* Utilizing cloud computing platforms, such as Azure and Databricks, to query and analyze large datasets
* Programming using languages such as Python, PySpark, Matplotlib, TensorFlow, and PyTorch
* Building and deploying machine learning models using techniques such as choice trees, regression, XGBoost, K means, and anomaly detection
* Interpreting and communicating the results of data analysis to stakeholders, including business leaders and technical teams
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as computer science, statistics, mathematics, or physics
* Minimum of 4 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field
* Advanced degree in a quantitative field, such as a Master's or Ph.D. in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or physics
* Experience working with large-scale, complex datasets to develop and optimize predictive models
* Advanced experience in programming languages such as Python, PySpark, or other languages
* Experience with cloud computing platforms, including Azure and Databricks
* Experience with data visualization tools, such as Matplotlib or other tools
* Experience with machine learning frameworks, such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
* Experience with data pipelines, including data retrieval, complexity analysis, and medical computing
* Experience with A/B experimentation and testing
* Experience with communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Ph.D. in a quantitative field, such as computer science, statistics, mathematics, or physics
* Experience working with IoT and Edge AI
* Experience in Reinforcement Learning
* Experience in Healthcare
