You will work closely with our People Systems Team to develop and maintain data-driven solutions and analytics that drive business growth. Your expertise will be essential in identifying trends and optimizing industrial organization techniques to improve overall performance. **Key Responsibilities** * Intake file requests and understand specific reporting requirements, including date range, statistics fields, and user purpose * Interpret and reconcile data discrepancies to deliver accurate reporting statistics * Create custom data evaluations for use by human resources teams and unique departments * Partner with reporting customers to refine evaluations and ensure successful implementation * Confer with stakeholders to ensure the effective functioning of newly implemented systems or processes * Ensure data integrity is maintained by efficiently interpreting variances and outliers to Leadership * Ensure proper data protection and privacy protocols are applied * Resolve escalated issues through the research of discrepancies * Blend and automate data as needed * Perform unique hobby duties as directed by Employee's Leaders **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities** * Knowledge of thoughts and processes for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation, and benefits, tough works contributors of the own family, and negotiation, and personnel statistics * Skilled in the knowledge of the effects of new data for every modern and future problem-solving and decision-making * Skilled in adjusting actions in terms of others' actions * Skilled in the use of correct judgment and reasoning to select the strengths and weaknesses of possible solutions, conclusions, or techniques for problem * Skilled in talking to others to hold data effectively * Skilled in collecting, organizing, visualizing, and assimilating data * Skilled in turning raw data into tremendous data using data-oriented programming languages and visualization software * Ability to speak data and mind in speaking so others will understand * Ability to apply famous protocols to particular problems to offer answers that make sense * Ability to take note of and understand data and mind presented through spoken terms and sentences **Education and Experience** * Required: High School Diploma or GED * Experience: Entry-level experience, developing talents and knowledge in: + Relevant data/analytical/problem-solving roles + Licensing/Certifications: N/A + Physical Abilities: Ability to perform work duties from a limited space workstation/desk/office area for extended intervals of time + Ability to speak and interact with others in the English language to meet the needs of the job + Ability to use a PC and unique workplace productivity equipment with sufficient speed and accuracy to meet the needs of the job **Other Qualifications** * Must maintain a well-groomed appearance in accordance with Company appearance requirements as described in established protocols * Must be a U.S. citizen or have authorization to work in the USA as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986 * Must be at least 18 years of age * Must be able to meet Company attendance requirements as described in established protocols **Benefits** * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Paid Time Off * Family Care Leave * Fly for free, as a privilege, on any open seat on all arenaflex flights (your eligible dependents too) * Up to a 9.3% 401(k) Company match, dollar for dollar, of your eligible pay, per paycheck * Potential for annual Profit-sharing contribution closer to retirement -
