**Job Responsibilities**
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:
* Accurately reviewing, interpreting, and entering patient data into our computer system, including medication orders, dosages, and payment information
* Contacting healthcare providers and insurance companies to verify patient information and ensure accuracy
* Responding to patient calls to arrange and manage new prescription orders and reorders, including verifying benefits and coverage
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions and transactions
* Collaborating with our team to resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the data entry process
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A valid Arizona Pharmacy Technician License
* At least 6 months of experience working in a pharmacy setting
* Proficiency in Windows-Based applications, including Windows, Microsoft Office, web browsing, and email
* Strong keyboarding skills and ability to sit or stand for extended periods (8-10 hours)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
**Preferred Qualifications**
* At least 6 months of experience as a pharmacy technician
* 90 days of experience handling and resolving customer needs via telephone
* Medical experience and knowledge of benefits, insurance, and medications
* Clinical charging, coding, and other clinical supporting roles
* Customer service experience in an office setting
* At least 6 months of professional work experience, including inbound and outbound telephone customer care
