You'll work closely with our IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Maintaining high-quality service desk metrics, meeting or exceeding targets for productivity, quality, and service * Developing a deep understanding of arenaflex's business objectives, IT divisional goals, and various business areas, technical conditions, and systems that support our business * Identifying the impact of changes to IT-supported systems and adapting investigations to address client issues * Demonstrating autonomous judgment and responsibility for resolving complex technical issues * Participating in the development of relationships and professionalism in interactions with vendors, supported clients, and other IT teams * Building and maintaining effective, collaborative, and productive relationships with second- and third-level IT teams, vendors, and supported clients * Resolving or escalating incidents, creating internal news and knowledge base articles * Participating in continuous improvement activities by assessing internal tools and processes, and suggesting enhancements * Providing answers to clients by identifying issues, investigating responses, and guiding clients through remedial actions * Assessing, investigating, and addressing end-users' IT system issues through first-level IT technical support via calls, chat, and email * Documenting framework issues, investigation steps, and related relevant data in a tagging/global positioning framework * Utilizing a wide range of available tools and resources to resolve framework issues * Meeting or exceeding expectations for availability, productivity, quality, and service * Attending continuous training to enhance ability to support new and existing equipment and software applications **Requirements** * Passion for and genuine interest in IT * Strong critical thinking, investigation skills, and customer service skills * Positive, mature, and professional attitude * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to work effectively in high-stress situations and within time limitations * Remarkable hard working attitude, self-motivation, and ability to work independently * Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office, Google Applications, and other relevant software * Planning flexibility to address the needs of the business; a day-in and day-out/365 climate **Preferred Qualifications** * Past experience in business operations, preferably in the retail industry * Experience using a tagging/global positioning framework * Knowledge of and experience using Google Applications, AS400, scheduling, and other relevant systems * Past Service Desk experience or IT-related education or certification **Benefits** arenaflex offers a comprehensive benefits package to its employees, including: * Health coverage: arenaflex provides health coverage plans that cover medical, dental, and vision costs for eligible employees * Retirement Savings Plan: Employees may be eligible for a 401(k) plan to save for retirement, with arenaflex often making contributions or matching * Paid Time Off: arenaflex typically provides paid time off, including vacation days and holidays, to eligible employees * Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP): arenaflex may offer an ESPP, allowing employees to purchase company stock at a discounted rate * Life Insurance: arenaflex may provide life insurance coverage to employees, helping to support their families in the event of an untimely passing * Employee Assistance Program (EAP): arenaflex may offer an EAP, providing counseling and support services to employees facing personal or professional challenges * Education Reimbursement: arenaflex may offer education reimbursement programs to help employees pursue further education or professional development **How to Apply** If you're passionate about technology, customer service, and career growth, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
