**About the Role**
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our Data Entry team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data, while also driving business growth and innovation. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Develop and maintain data entry processes and procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize data needs and requirements
* Design and implement data-driven solutions to drive business growth and innovation
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data analytics and reporting capabilities
* Develop and maintain data visualizations and dashboards to support business decision-making
* Ensure data quality and integrity through data validation, cleansing, and standardization
* Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
* Collaborate with IT teams to develop and implement data integration and migration solutions
* Develop and maintain data security and access controls to ensure data confidentiality and integrity
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
* 7+ years of experience in data entry, data analysis, or related field
* Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and data governance principles
* Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView
* Strong SQL skills, with experience with data modeling and data manipulation
* Experience with data integration and migration tools such as Informatica, Talend, or AWS Glue
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
* Strong collaboration and communication skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
* Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery, or Microsoft Azure Synapse
* Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence technologies such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
* Strong experience with data security and access control principles and best practices
* Experience with data governance frameworks such as ISO 38500 or COBIT
