**The Stage Designing Team at arenaflex**
The Stage Designing team at arenaflex is responsible for the core technologies that underlie our cutting-edge e-commerce platform and outstanding customer experience. From order processing and operational efficiency to AI and machine learning, our team is dedicated to delivering innovative solutions that drive business value. We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Item Manager who is eager to help us scale our data stage designing practice.
**Key Responsibilities**
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:
* Owning item systems, development, and guides that support the Stage Designing team within the broader Tech Change objective
* Collaborating with business partners, including Retail facade, ManTech, Worldwide Provider Tech, Evaluating Tech, and partner groups in Framework, Stages, and AI to understand their organizations and co-foster effective solutions that drive key business value
* Utilizing coordinated cycles to collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute the guide
* Communicating and advancing the item vision and progress throughout arenaflex, including senior partners and Innovation leaders
* Creating and tracking OKRs for key item drives and ensuring alignment with partner targets
* Working with management to improve item art and cycles throughout your workgroup
**What You'll Need**
* Experience building software products or systems at scale with quantifiable impact and preferably across multiple stages or work streams
* Foundation at scale from idea to launch and beyond
* Education to participate in making key decisions and effectively communicate with technical partners like Designing
* Phenomenal communication and partner management skills at the senior partner level
* Positive, people-oriented, and collaborative demeanor
* A mindset that pushes through issues with clever fixes and constancy, while maintaining a calm under-pressure disposition
**Preferred Capabilities**
* Capability, knowledge, and experience in adopting and utilizing cloud-native innovation in large-scale associations (AWS, Azure, or GCP, with a preference for experience with GCP)
* Four-year degree in Designing, as well as training or experience in a technical field (Data Designing, Data Science, Research, etc.)
* MBA/Graduate degree in administration
