Our Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team is a critical part of arenaflex's infrastructure, ensuring the availability and reliability of our systems and services. As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be working closely with our SRE team to identify and resolve issues, develop innovative solutions, and maintain the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Screening, identifying, and resolving issues of varying complexity
* Assisting in the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of systems and infrastructure
* Developing innovative and practical solutions to resolve non-routine issues
* Creating tools to automate processes, organization, and monitoring
* Applying knowledge of system architecture, design, and investigation methods
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and customer satisfaction
**A Great Deal About You**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field; or equivalent industry experience
* Experience with Linux and Windows operating systems
* Experience with container-based solutions like Docker
* Knowledge of cloud best practices and services
