Our culture is built on a foundation of care, integrity, resilience, servant leadership, and teamwork, and we're passionate about creating a workplace that inspires and empowers our people to reach their full potential. **Responsibilities** As a Full Stack Data Engineer on our Operations Analytics and Performance team, you'll be responsible for: * Designing, developing, and deploying data pipelines to support business intelligence and analytics initiatives * Developing and maintaining data models, including data warehousing and business intelligence solutions * Ensuring the integrity and quality of our data assets, including data governance and data quality initiatives * Collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to understand business needs and develop data-driven solutions * Developing and maintaining automated reporting and analytics capabilities to support business decision-making * Providing technical leadership and guidance to junior team members and contributing to the development of best practices and standards * Staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data engineering and analytics, and applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the team **Essential Qualifications** * 3+ years of experience in data engineering, with a strong focus on data architecture, data modeling, and data governance * Proficiency in SQL and ETL/ELT patterns, with experience working with data warehousing and business intelligence solutions * Strong programming skills in Python, SAS, or other comparable languages, with experience working with data engineering tools and technologies * Ability to troubleshoot complex reporting database environments and develop creative solutions to technical challenges * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Science, or other relevant quantitative field **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Science, or other relevant quantitative field * Previous experience working in the airline industry or with similar data-intensive environments * Working knowledge of and/or experience with cloud-based solutions, such as Azure, AWS, or GCP * Experience with data visualization tools and technologies, such as Tableau or Power BI **Benefits and Perks** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a workplace that inspires and empowers our people to reach their full potential.
