**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Workforce Activities and Operations team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets, identifying trends and patterns, and providing actionable insights to inform business decisions. Your expertise will help drive process improvements, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive business growth.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Lead task groups of experts and other partners to achieve business objectives
* Perform data gathering tasks, data integration, and data analysis to inform business decisions
* Develop and implement data-driven solutions to improve business processes and operations
* Produce reports and presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders to inform business decisions
* Build relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive collaboration and results
* Direct and guide direct reports to achieve business objectives
* Regularly report to Store Activities Cycle Manager or Store Tasks Business Administrator (or Sr. Supervisors)
* Travel requirements are minimal, with occasional travel under 10% of the time
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a field related to data analysis, business administration, or a related field
* 3 years of work experience in a related field, with a focus on data analysis and business operations
* Strong quantitative skills, including data analysis and interpretation
* Experience driving high-performing teams and leading cross-functional projects
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to senior leadership and stakeholders
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Store experience and/or ASDS experience is highly desirable
* Experience with data visualization tools and technologies, such as Tableau or Power BI
* Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify trends and patterns
* Experience with data management and data governance, including data quality and data security
