**Job Responsibilities**
As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you will be responsible for:
* **Data Analysis and Visualization**: Work with large, messy, disparate datasets to perform ad-hoc analyses and provide essential business insights. Develop ETLs or strategies to pull data from multiple sources and centralize it in a single table.
* **Data Visualization**: Create impactful Tableau dashboards to display and quantify the effect of changes and specific business challenges.
* **Collaboration and Communication**: Engage with team members and cross-functional groups on a periodic basis to establish credibility and analyze stakeholder needs. Partner with Operations, Finance, and Product groups to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and latency across multiple operations and systems.
* **Automation and Scripting**: Leverage scripting languages (Python preferred) to automate tasks for reporting, such as screenshots, metrics prioritization, and outlier recognition.
* **Documentation and Knowledge Sharing**: Document your approaches and share your expertise with colleagues. Mentor your peers as you become a Subject Matter Expert.
**Essential Qualifications**
* **Bachelor's Degree**: In a relevant field such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Business Administration.
* **SQL Skills**: Excellent proficiency in SQL, with the ability to govern data from multiple tables while maintaining data integrity (2-4 years of experience).
* **Tableau Skills**: Creativity with a User Experience basis to develop impactful Tableau dashboards (1-2 years of experience).
* **Business Operations Fluency**: Ability to recognize and root-cause business problems, with a Supply Chain background and transportation experience (ideally).
* **Excellent Communication Skills**: Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate complex data insights to stakeholders.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* **Advanced SQL and Tableau Experience**: Experience with advanced SQL and Tableau features, such as data modeling, data visualization, and business intelligence.
* **E-commerce Operations or Parcel Service Experience**: Experience working in e-commerce operations or parcel service operations, with a strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management.
* **Scripting Language Experience**: Experience with scripting languages such as Python, R, or other languages.
* **Data Manipulation Tools**: Experience with data manipulation tools such as Knime, Alteryx, R, Tableau Prep, etc.
