**Job Summary**
As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for leading the analysis of complex data sets, identifying trends and patterns, and developing actionable insights that inform business decisions. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including Digital Innovation and Product groups, to drive process improvements and enhance customer experiences. Your expertise in data analysis, business acumen, and communication will be essential in driving business outcomes and delivering high-quality results.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Lead the analysis of large data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across Digital Innovation and Product groups
* Collaborate with business analysts, product managers, and technical teams to drive process improvements and enhance customer experiences
* Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights and recommendations to senior leadership and business stakeholders
* Develop and implement data-driven solutions to improve business outcomes, including data modeling, data warehousing, and data visualization
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in data analysis and business intelligence
* Lead and participate in data-related projects, including data quality, data governance, and data security
* Collaborate with the data science team to develop and implement machine learning models and predictive analytics
* Develop and maintain data visualizations and reports to communicate insights and recommendations to senior leadership and business stakeholders
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
* 4+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and data science, with 3+ years in a Fortune 500 organization
* 1+ years of experience in leadership or management roles
* Strong experience in data analysis, data modeling, and data visualization, including tools such as Power BI, Tibco Spotfire, and Tableau
* High-level SQL skills and experience with data warehousing and ETL processes
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and tasks
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in Data Science, Business Administration, or related field
* Experience with data science tools and technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and deep learning
* Experience with cloud-based data platforms, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud
* Experience with data governance, data quality, and data security
* Experience with data visualization tools, including Tableau, Power BI, and D3.js
* Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems, including Git and Jira
* Experience with data storytelling and communication, including creating presentations and reports for senior leadership and business stakeholders
