We are committed to providing our customers with the best possible experience, and we are looking for talented individuals like you to help us achieve this goal. **Key Responsibilities and Job Elements** As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Supporting, mentoring, and motivating your hourly workforce to maintain the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance * Managing safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises to ensure that customer orders are delivered at the right time, to the right location * Collaborating with all support teams, including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources, to develop plans to meet business objectives * Lifting up to 49 pounds and frequently pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching * Standing/walking for up to 12 hours during shifts * Working in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud * Working in an environment that is subject to variable temperatures and weather (delivery stations include outside loading departments) * Continuously climbing and descending stairs (applies to sites with stairs) **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred * 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively * Basic math skills and ability to count change accurately * Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach * Ability to stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts * Ability to work in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud * Ability to work in an environment that is subject to variable temperatures and weather (delivery stations include outside loading departments) * Ability to continuously climb and descend stairs (applies to sites with stairs) **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment * Experience leading a team or supervising hourly workforce * Knowledge of safety procedures and protocols * Knowledge of quality control procedures and protocols * Experience working with customers in a fast-paced environment * Ability to speak multiple languages **Skills and Competencies** * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively * Basic math skills and ability to count change accurately * Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach * Ability to stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts * Ability to work in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud * Ability to work in an environment that is subject to variable temperatures and weather (delivery stations include outside loading departments) * Ability to continuously climb and descend stairs (applies to sites with stairs) * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** arenaflex is committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development.
