**The Role**
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, delivering exceptional customer experiences and helping people find the right health insurance plans for their needs. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide top-notch customer service to clients via phone, email, and online chat, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner
* Manage customer accounts, provide technical support, and interpret and follow defined procedures and policies
* Enter application data accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and secure
* Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex issues and provide creative solutions to customer problems
* Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and new technologies to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service
* Participate in extensive self-study, training, and testing to maintain and improve your skills and knowledge
**Essential Qualifications**
* 18 years of age or older
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, or customer service) a plus
* Moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
* High level of professionalism, with a strong commitment to customer service and a positive attitude
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
* Familiarity with CRM systems and practices a plus
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous experience in customer support or technical support role
* Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
* Previous experience in a Call Center environment
* Spanish Bilingual a plus

**Training Period**
arenaflex requires all Remote Customer Service Representatives to complete a comprehensive training program, including extensive self-study, training, and testing. The training period is 3 weeks, and you'll be required to commit to full attendance and participation during this time.
