**Key Responsibilities**
* Assist customers in expediting orders and resolving post-sales problems
* Communicate with customers via mail, chat, and phone, utilizing various software tools to navigate customer accounts, research, and review policies

* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction and resolution rates

**Essential Qualifications**
* Minimum qualification is 10+2
