**The Role**
As a Remote Customer Care Professional, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, helping them navigate the complexities of travel planning and ensuring that every aspect of their journey is tailored to their unique needs and preferences. You'll be the primary point of contact for our clients, working closely with them to create personalized itineraries, manage flight changes and seat assignments, and coordinate concierge-related details such as spa reservations and dinner bookings.
**Responsibilities**

* Foster teamwork by collaborating with and helping teammates with a positive and professional attitude
* Surprise and delight each client, innovating ways to exceed their expectations and create unforgettable experiences
* Respond to client requests and questions in a timely and professional manner
* Apply for payments and send out payment reminders as directed
* Manage flight changes and seat assignments, ensuring seamless travel experiences for our clients
* Coordinate concierge-related details, such as spa reservations and dinner bookings, to create memorable experiences for our clients
* Correspond with clients on preferences, assisting with arranging surprises and welcome notes, and notifying hotels of client preferences no later than 1 week before departure
* Prepare client documents and travel tips, either electronically or in hard copy, advising on what should be printed and distributed no later than 3 weeks before departure
* Assist with distributing information to and coordinating internal and/or team needs as required
* Update daily activity, reporting, and status in cloud-based CRM, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
* Set schedules and manage time effectively and efficiently, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
* Manage client profiles and bookings, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
* Serve as backup travel support/main point of contact as needed in case of emergencies, providing exceptional support and service to our clients

* Attributes of flexibility, creativity, self-discipline, strong organizational skills, and action-oriented are essential for this role, as the position offers a significant amount of responsibility with accountability for results
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, teammates, and other stakeholders
* Team player who is willing and able to "roll up your sleeves" to complete a project, with a strong sense of collaboration and teamwork
* High degree of autonomy with the capability of working remotely, with minimal supervision and a high level of independence
