**Job Description:**
As an Experienced Full Stack Automation Controls Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex automation control systems for our clients. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and effectiveness of our automation solutions. You will work closely with our team of engineers, technicians, and clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Design, implement, and maintain complex automation control systems for our clients
* Work closely with our team of engineers, technicians, and clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions
* Ensure the reliability, efficiency, and effectiveness of our automation solutions
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to automation control systems
* Collaborate with our team to develop and implement process improvements and best practices
* Provide technical guidance and support to our clients and internal teams
* Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in automation control systems and technologies
**Essential Capabilities:**
* Four-year degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
* +2 years of experience in automation control systems, electrical engineering, or a related field
* Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
**Preferred Capabilities:**
* Experience with electrical theory, mechanical engineering, controls components, and automated equipment
* Experience with HMI and control network components, including programming and planning
* Experience with engine controls, including engine starters, variable frequency drives, DC drives, and standard electrical components
* Modern electrical involved insight and investigating, including 480V 3-phase, 110 VAC, and 24VDC systems
* Experience deciphering, altering, and creating mechanical and electrical drawings
* Experience with SCADA systems and KPIs
* Knowledge of programming, such as RSLogix5000 studio, FT View, and other controls programming platforms
* Experience with advanced manufacturing work cells and its control systems
* Ability to lead others in a technical role and collaborate with all levels of management
