This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team, develop your skills, and make a significant impact in the drone industry. **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate and execute operational activities, predominantly within North America, to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction * Provide project management support for multiple, simultaneous field projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results * Plan and coordinate telecom operations with a focus on professionalism and efficiency, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with our pilots and clients * Lead the recruitment and training of new pilots, ensuring they're equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in our operations * Ensure readiness for pilots before they arrive on site, providing comprehensive support and resources to ensure a smooth and successful deployment * Tackle issues on the fly to maintain quality and service, providing creative solutions to complex problems and ensuring customer satisfaction * Support pilots with site access or planning needs, providing expert guidance and support to ensure successful project execution * Maintain awareness of drone capabilities and airspace regulations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and arenaflex policies * Work with our Quality Control team to maintain high standards of quality and service, ensuring our operations meet the highest expectations * Keep track of projects with daily reports using spreadsheets and software, providing timely and accurate updates to stakeholders **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree preferred, with a strong focus on business, operations, or a related field * 1-2 years of work or internship experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in transactional work, logistics, customer service, or hospitality * Excellent planning, scheduling, and project management skills, with the ability to work both independently and in team settings * Organizational skills and the flexibility to jump from priority to priority, ensuring seamless project execution and customer satisfaction * Ability to work remotely and coordinate effectively with a fully remote workforce, using tools like Google Suite (Sheets and Docs) and Slack * Interested in technology and the drone space, with a passion for innovation and customer satisfaction * Drone experience, knowledge of UAV operations and regulations is a plus, but not required * Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, pilots, and internal teams * Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality service and support to our customers * A high degree of attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accuracy and precision in all aspects of the job * Relevant experience with drones, and/or photography is preferred, but not required * Familiarity with the telecommunications industry, including specific equipment and access requirements, is a plus **Benefits** * Work with a leading intelligent aerial imaging company, with established, successful relationships across myriad industries * Medical insurance covered up to 100% depending on the plan chosen * Dental & vision insurance * Flexible time off * Stock incentive program * Work from home environment * Autonomy and upward mobility * Diverse, equitable, and inclusive culture, where your voice matters **What We Offer** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing a comprehensive benefits package that supports your physical, emotional, and financial well-being.
