**Key Responsibilities**
As an Entry-Level Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Entering data for customer routine and non-routine cards, including discrepancies and corrective action
* Ensuring accurate accounting of documents in both arenaflex and customer computer systems
* Inter-filing paperwork in various locations
* Maintaining sequence requirements for scanning documents and sending to customer
* Disassembling paperwork for scanning, performing scanning basics, and reassembling completed paperwork for shipping to customer
* Setting up preliminary items for data entry and scanned records to be used throughout the check
* Performing other duties as assigned
**Anticipated Shift Schedules**
We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs, with two anticipated shift schedules:
* Wednesday-Saturday: 5:30 AM - 4:00 PM
* Sunday-Wednesday: 5:30 AM - 4:00 PM
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
* Computer experience and/or training
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:
* Previous experience in data entry or a related field
* Knowledge of aviation industry practices and procedures
* Familiarity with computer systems and software applications
* Certification in data entry or a related field

* A full base pay range of $17.00 - $22.00 per hour (expressed as hourly for non-exempt)
